Oregon. I used to live there. It can be pretty rainy at times, but you don’t really get very many disasters there. No hurricanes. Every 10 years or so, there might be a tiny bit of flooding, but it’s not bad. Really, hardly anything happens there.

Montana. Beautiful state, but it does snow a bit during the winter. I don’t think I’ve heard of any tornadoes there, well I’ve never seen any anyway. So besides snow there really isn’t any other disasters.

Michigan is good about not having any disasters. At least from the weather.
