I absolutely love Symphony No. 7 in A Major, Opus 92, by Beethoven. It starts off slow and relatively mellow, and then it turns into this joyful melody. My absolute favourite movement is the fourth and last one in Allegro con brio because it’s so lively and upbeat. It makes me happy just listening to it. It has different nuances from soft to strong. It’s truly a work of art.

They are all masterpieces. But I would say that I’ve always had a fancy for the 4th. The wistfulness and playfulness just make that symphony so enjoyable! It is truly like a breath of fresh air after listening to such heavy, dramatic pieces like the symphonies immediately before and after it.
