Balance transfers, cash advances, including purchases of cash equivalents of any kind, out-of-network payments made through Bill Pay Choice® service, purchases made by or for a business or for a business purpose, fees, finance charges, credit protection, credit insurance or debt cancellation charges, and unauthorized/fraudulent transactions shall not earn college savings.
