What units are designated as Understaffed Correctional Facilities as of February 1, 2009?
• With the addition of four (4) units, there are now 20 units designated by the Correctional Institutions Division (CID) as Understaffed Correctional Facilities. In addition to the 16 units originally designated on April 1, 2008, Beto, Ellis and Jordan/Baten have been included in the following list of units designated as understaffed: Coffield, Connally, Clements/Neal, Dalhart, Daniel, Eastham, Estelle, Ferguson, Lynaugh/Ft. Stockton, McConnell, Michael, Smith and Wallace/Ware.
