Hospital administration (or health administation) is a subfield of business administration. Therefore, all the skills that would be relevant for business would be useful. Stuff like accounting, finance, marketing, leadership, strategy, consulting, etc. are all really valuable to help you on your way. Other things might be health-specific courses to understand more about the healthcare system and the environment that you will be working in.
