What types of writing are considered faculty supervised?
Law school course or seminar papers and nontraditional writing are faculty supervised. All clinical writing in an in-house clinic (with the exception of WilmerHale Legal Services Center (LSC)) will be considered faculty supervised. Clinical writing for LSC or for an externship placement may be faculty supervised only under certain conditions (see below).
