What types of work does the Savvy Property Management maintenance team do?
Our team can perform typical repairs and maintenance at a property, such as, painting, cleaning, basic plumbing, etc. Our maintenance team is experienced, responsive and efficient, and understands the importance of customer service. Major projects at a client’s property, such as, installing a new building boiler system, repairing electrical panels, installing/replacing/refinishing hardwood floors, etc. are contracted to third party contractors who specialize in those types of repairs or maintenance. Savvy has a list of preferred third party vendors for major projects.
