We do a tremendous amount of gluten free cakes in many different flavors. We have done some serious testing to make sure that they are great. We make Gluten Free taste good! We offer cake filling flavors like: mango, passionfruit, white chocolate coconut, etc…Our Chocolate Indulgence is still number 1 What types of unique or specialty icings do you offer? Nothing out of the ordinary: Buttercream, whipped cream, rolled fondant Tell us about the hottest trend in icings this season. Rolled Fondant, rolled fondant, rolled fondant Tell us about the fabulous cake embellishments that are being most requested. Gold or silver monograms, bows, loops, drapes, lots of shooting stars and hearts on wire. We are even working on jewels to adorn the cakes and then can be kept as mementos Are custom cakes available or do couples have to pick from one of your designs?
