There are generally two types of termite treatments available to you. The first is the traditional liquid barrier treatment. This is applied around the exterior of your home against the foundation. This type of treatment may require some treatment holes to be drilled in concrete slabs attached to the home. The second type is a termite baiting system. This is done by installing bait stations around the home. These stations are installed about 6-8 Ft. apart & about 2 Ft. from foundation. The bait system is inspected every 60-90 days. Both come with a one year warranty.
