User Access and Account Control changes by the System Administrator require authorization by another System Administrator if the Company has selected Dual Control Model on the application form. Financial transactions such as Transfers, Bill Payments and Priority Payments may require authorization by one or more users within Business Internet Banking, if the transaction exceeds the User’s daily available limit and/or if the Account control set-up for the account where the transaction is being made requires “two to sign” for that amount.
