LST Provider Trainings are available for individuals interested in conducting the LST program with adolescent students in schools or other settings. All LST Provider Trainings are conducted by qualified trainers who are certified by National Health Promotion Associates, Inc. The LST Provider Training workshop is designed (1) to teach information concerning the background, theory, and rationale for the LST program, (2) to familiarize participants with the LST program, (3) teach participants the skills needed to conduct the LST program, (4) provide an opportunity to practice teaching selected portions of the LST program, and (5) discuss practical implementation issues.
