Other than pensions which are outside the package, the terms and conditions are the same as covered for TUPE transferred staff – contractual or implied contractual terms and conditions. Contractors, however, are free to bring in new terms and conditions to offer to new recruits which could be put into the balance, for example, private medical insurance.
