What types of targets are allowed on the Pistol Range?

The primary targets used on the pistol range are paper targets (available for sale at MCSSA) that are stapled to target frames (supplied). The range also has a reactive target machine for .22 caliber firearms and provisions for shooting bowling pins. We do not allow targets to be placed on the ground (except at the edge of the back berm) due to the danger of ricochets, and do not allow any type of glass on the range. Targets must be recovered at the end of the shooting session.
