What types of suspensions are NOT eligible for an OLL?
If you are currently, or about to be suspended for any of these violations, you are not eligible for an OLL: Passing a School Bus Failure to Respond to a Citation Racing on Highways Driving while Suspended (exceptions see below) Driving Under the Influence Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing Fleeing a Police Officer Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility Driving Without Lights Suspension for DUI, even if ARD Reckless Driving Controlled Substance, Drug, Device Cosmetic Act Violations Accidents Involving Death or Injury Leaving Scene of an Accident Underage Alcohol Violations
