Individual Clinician Subscription — Provides one individual user with unlimited access on the Web, desktop, and PDA. AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ or CE contact hours are available. Individual Trainee Subscription — Provides individual resident, fellow, and medical student users (proof of status required) with unlimited access on the Web, desktop, and PDA. AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ or CE contact hours are available. Stand-alone Workstation Subscription — Provides access to UpToDate on a single, non-networked computer workstation (not a server). Suitable for installation in a library, small department, clinic, or resident lounge where multiple users may share access to the UpToDate program. The Stand-alone Workstation Subscription does not include web or PDA access, and CME/CE credit is not available. Site Subscription — Offered to hospitals or hospital systems only, a licensed site subscription allows unlimited facility-wide on-site access to UpToDate online.
