• Cheek swab sample kit: $7.50 • Blood sample kit: $10.00 (single sample) $15.00 (multiple samples) • Tumor: kit for submission of frozen tissue: $15.00 (does not include dry ice). Frozen samples must be shipped on dry ice. If you cannot locate dry ice to ship your sample to us, please contact us and we can ship you a package containing dry ice. Due to the cost of the dry ice and overnight shipping to you, there will be an extra charge for this.
