• purchase and repair of orthopedic equipment and appliances • manual and power wheelchairs • leg braces • breathing machines • shower chairs • lifts • hospital beds • purchase and installation of wheelchair lifts and ramps in family vans • purchase and installation of ramps at family home • scholarships for youngsters with MD to attend summer camps • counseling • we even assist with funeral expenses when that time comes. Individuals and families with muscular dystrophy across the United States are served by the MDFF. We believe this disease affects the entire family unit therefore we attempt to meet the needs of any family member affected by the disease either physically or emotionally. The Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation focuses on a persons ABILITY…not their DISability. We believe with proper adaptive equipment there should be No Boundaries for anyone with muscular dystrophy.
