What types of services does COSTI offer for new immigrants and refugees?
COSTI recognizes that newcomers, if they are to become well-adjusted, participating members of the community, need assistance and support with their settlement process. The staff of COSTI’s Settlement Services help newly arrived immigrants and refugees meet their settlement needs by providing orientation, referral, information, interpretation, document processing, escort, crisis intervention, and supportive counselling.
