Communities will vary as to what is offered. At Kensington Green included in monthly rent is apartment rent, three meals per day, weekly housekeeping, towel & sheet linen service, free scheduled transportation, daily social activities, outings, use of all community common areas, emergency call system, utilities excluding cable television and telephone and more. There are other services available including Wellness Care that is charged separately from rent.
