Hospice of Lancaster County’s PATHways Center is here to help meet the individual needs of you and your family. From support groups to resources, counseling, camps and more, we welcome the opportunity to support you through the following programs and services: Adults and Families: • Individual or family consultation • Newly Bereaved Program • Loss-specific Adult Support Groups • Growing Through Grief • Coping With The Holidays • Adult Grief Retreat • Coping With Suicide Loss • Men’s Breakfast Group • Night Out (socialization) • Remembering Our Mothers annual brunch • Grief workshops • NEW! Grief-related programs at the YMCA in Lancaster and Lampeter-Strasburg.
