What types of services are eligible for funding under the Ryan White Part A funds?
Specifically excluded from funding and authority of the Planning Council and Grantee is HIV/AIDS education and prevention, counseling and testing, prevention, needle exchange, employment initiatives, clinical research, demonstration projects, and others are excluded from being funded by Part A of the Ryan White CARE Act and therefore the Planning Council, Grantee and from the Part A funds received by Service Providers.
