Mayor’s Graduate Scholarship Program Half-tuition scholarships for permanent New York City government employees who are entering parttime students in the school’s master’s degree programs or the PhD program in Public and Urban Policy. Scholarships are renewable each year. A letter of intent must be submitted with your Milano application in order to be considered for the scholarship program.
