What types of sanctions might an attorney receive?
Possible sanctions include a reprimand, which may be public or private; suspension from the practice of law, all or part of which may be probated; disbarment, which means the attorney can no longer practice law; or resignation in lieu of discipline, which has the same effect as disbarment. Wedding Bells Will Soon Be Ringing by Tina Jones On February 14, 2003, the Bonham Nursing Center will hold their first ever wedding for two of their residents, Shirley Ann Medcalf and Roy Earl McWhorter. Limited funds have presented some problems in trying to get everything finalized. Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated by the couple. At this point, their cake, flower arrangements and the cost for their marriage license is what they need help with most to make their wedding complete.
