What types of property are acceptable?
We will consider applications on traditionally constructed residential property (brick/stone with a slate roof) in mainland England, Scotland or Wales. Properties must have a minimum value of £50,000. Freehold flats or maisonettes in England and Wales are not acceptable. To help us confirm a property’s suitability for further lending purposes a valuation will be undertaken by an approved surveyor and fees may apply.
