What types of projects does 3Degrees invest in?

3Degrees’ U.S. based VER projects include methane capture, renewable energy, and conservation-based forest management projects. Methane capture projects include coal mine methane, agricultural methane, and landfill gas. International VER projects include renewable energy and agriculture methane. We are adding new projects and categories to the list as the carbon market grows. Aside from reducing emissions, many of the projects we support produce additional sustainable development co-benefits. See some examples of the projects we support through commitments by our customers.
