What types of projects are considered “in scope” and “out of scope”?
This project is not a screening process; it is a collection, coordination, and dissemination process. The intent is to use the The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) to catalyze our efforts into a regional and long-term sustainability plan, the stimulus being priority “down payment” on that plan.
