Priority Sector Grants will be made in two broad areas: Climate & the Environment programs that address or educate on issues involving climate change, energy efficiency, the creation of green jobs etc. Freedom of Expression & Independent Media initiatives that promote and protect human rights and civil liberties especially freedom of speech and freedom of the press.
