The Army provides assistance through Technical Assistance Workshops and Infrastructure Assistance Programs. The Technical Assistance Workshops provides information on procurement policies, programs, processes and proposal preparations. The Infrastructure Assistance Programs offers educational programs, faculty development assignments, fellowships opportunities and laboratory equipment and renovation.
