What types of products are covered by the Lemon Law ?
Any self-propelled vehicle, primarily designed for the transportation of persons or property over the public highways, that was leased, purchased or registered. Applies only to the chassis portion of motor homes. The Georgia Lemon Law does not include motorcycles or trucks with 10,000 pounds or more GVW.

This means that Cars, Trucks, Vans, Motorcycles and many other types of motor vehicles are all covered under the Lemon Law. For Boats, ATVs, RVs and items not covered by the strict definitions of the State Lemon Law, other State and Federal Lemon Laws are available which do cover these products.
