OSC conducted three large procurements. The first was for a Quality Assurance Consultant based on the best practice recommendation for IT implementations that the QA consultant be engaged in the process early – during the planning phase. The second large procurement was for Software & Software Consulting Services. The third large procurement, for the Integrator/Developer Consulting Services, was conducted after software was decided.
