A board certified podiatrist can do everything from the treatment of nail fungus to reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. To list a few procedures: Bunion correction, hammertoe, neuroma excision, limb salvage amputation in diabetic or vascularly compromised persons, ankle and sub talar joint fusions.
