We have also indicated the anticipated outcome of these posts: Academic Clinical Fellowships (ACFs): a training post that is divided between clinical (75% of time) and academic (25% of time) training. ACFs offer a route into a coupled training programme in specialties that may normally be uncoupled. Core Training (CT) post: a training post which will lead to completion of core training in that specialty.
