There are 4 system phones available for the EncoreCX. The ECX100, ECX1000, ECX1000W, ECX2000. The ECX100 (charcoal gray) is a 2-line display phone that includes a message light. The ECX1000 (charcoal gray) and ECX1000W (off white) are full display phones that include 8 programmable buttons. The ECX2000 (charcoal gray) includes 16 programmable buttons, a backlit display, and supports the optional DSS console which provides an additional 32 programmable buttons.
