Immediate Offsets can be initiated at the provider’s request for non-MSP overpayment determinations and MSP overpayment determinations due to the Conditional, Automobile/No Fault, Workers Compensation, Federal, Black Lung, Veterans Administration and/or Liability. Immediate Offset can not be initiated for MSP overpayment determinations related to Working Aged, End Stage Renal Disease, (ESRD) and/or Disability. For more information, please refer to your Provider Part B Reference Manual Section 24.9.
