Any organization is eligible to receive the flat rate provided they incur Organization Infrastructure Costs. This payment methodology has been to developed to address the needs of all organization types. Sponsors are asked to declare if they have such costs, and if they so declare, are eligible to receive an amount based on the flat rate.
