What types of music content can I listen to using the MusicCAST2 system?
The MusicCAST2 system can listen to many types of non-DRM music through your home network, including the following: Music shared from a Windows computer using Windows Media Player 11, music shared from a Mac computer using TwonkyMedia software, USB thumb drives connected to a Network Music Player, an iPod connected to a Network Music Player using an optional Yamaha iPod dock. And, since the MusicCAST2 is DLNA certified, you can listen to shared music from almost any DLNA certified music server (for example, a DLNA certified Network Area Storage drive). In addition to content from your local network, you can listen to Internet content such as Internet Radio and the Rhapsody music service.
