Invitrogen’s cationic lipid transfection reagents can be used to transfect DNA, siRNA, Stealth™ RNAi, dicer-generated siRNA pools or plasmids containing shRNA cassettes. Oligonucleotides, proteins, and RNA can also be transfected. The DNA can be plasmids, cosmids, or even YAC clones up to 600 kb.
