A. Any text, picture, or video message sent to or from another AT&T subscriber will qualify for unlimited usage. The types of messages that will be deducted from your allowance of messages in your package include: all messages sent to or received from a non-AT&T subscriber, messages sent or received using Instant Messenger, premium messages, messages sent to/from a shortcode, and any message sent to your phone’s email address.
