In accordance with Emergency Support Function Annex #8 (Public Health and Medical Services) of the National Response Plan, DoD may provide the following: • Medical equipment and supplies, including medical, diagnostic, and radiation-emitting devices, pharmaceuticals, and biologic products in support of immediate medical response operations and for restocking health care facilities in an area affected by a major disaster or emergency; .
