What types of leased premises are available?
All the leased premises are placed in visible high-traffic areas of the Price Center (see the Price Center floor plans). The square footage of each premise is identified in the floor plans. All of the premises are adjacent to other high-traffic areas such as the post office and bookstore. The Price Center expansion includes leased premises for five restaurants, one coffee shop, one Asian tea shop, one specialty dessert shop, and one restaurant with a beer and wine license. The five restaurants locations are in a food court setting with over 400 indoor and outdoor seats. The premises of one of the five restaurants (see restaurant #5 of the Price Center floor plans) includes its own seating area. The premises of the restaurant with a beer and wine license will be adjacent to a new nightclub venue in the Price Center (see Price Center floor plans).
