Premier does not allow storage of any types of food, illegal contraband, explosive materials or highly flammable goods such as gas, propane, oil, paints, etc. No living things such as plants and animals are allowed to be stored in a storage unit. No public sales of any kind including garage sales, auctions and flea markets may be conducted within the facility by a tenant.
