What types of information will Travelocity display?
Travelocity searches the fares published by the airlines, and based upon your FareWatcher Plus preferences, determines whether to send you a FareWatcher Plus email with these published fares. When you search for flights using the Flexible Dates feature, the same published fares are displayed. Most airlines publish many types of fares for each city pair, and may also publish different fares for the same flight. These fares vary in prices and restrictions. For example, some fares may cost more because they are fully refundable, and some fares may cost less because they are restricted. You can often get a cheaper fare by choosing a restricted fare that requires an advance purchase, a Saturday-night stay, one or more connections, or any combination of these and other factors.
