What types of homes will be offered at Kukuiula?
The first homes offered at Kukui’ula are single-family cottages, which will have a “plantation” look and feel, designed in the old historic plantation style. Custom Homesites are available where you can select your own architect to design and build in accordance with the custom home design guidelines. Pre-approvals by the Design Review Committee are a part of the requirements.
