What types of homes will be built at Audubon Village?
Audubon Village offers six unique home models that can be modified to suit your personal needs. For more information on the models, click on “Houses” on the top left menu. The models are: Sandpiper: A single unit open concept house designed for short getaways. Features include an open kitchen, bathroom, and vaulted ceilings. Seagull: A single unit house with one bedroom, bathroom, and an open living room and kitchen. Skimmer: A double unit house with a large open living area, great for entertaining. Features include an open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large entertaining area. Pelican: A double unit house wonderful for family and friends to escape to. Features include three bedrooms, three bathrooms, open kitchen and living room, and entertainment center. Egret: A double unit house with open outdoor gallery, the perfect combination of privacy and entertaining area.
