Talent Maze guarantees all placements for ninety (90) days from the New Hire’s start date. If a New Hire terminates employment within the first 90 days, Talent Maze issues a full refund to the Employer. Talent Maze must be notified within the 90 days of such a termination. Notifications after the 90th day of employment will not be honored.
