What types of fruits and vegetables should I use the lotus® Home Cleaning System on?
The lotus® Home Cleaning System can be used with all types of fruits and vegetables by either using the Multi-purpose Bowl attachment or the Spray bottle Attachment. It would be impossible for you to place a melon in the bowl whole, but to remove contaminants from the outer skin, process a Spray Bottle of water. Using the spray bottle, saturate the outer skin and wipe clean with a clean cloth. • I want to process my meat, fish or poultry, how do I do this? Use the Multi-purpose bowl attachment and lid and fill to the max fill line with plain cold water. Place the Bowl Attachment on the lotus® Home Cleaning System, select the proper mode and process the plain water. Once the system has reach “100%”, remove the attachment, place on the countertop or sink and drop your meat, fish or poultry into the water.
