What types of food do young frogs eat?
Young frogs eat live food such as crickets and fruitflys. I have four baby bullfrogs and have ordered their food from reptilefood.com. (This website has a variety of sizes of crickets and flightless fruitflys.) They need to be feed once a day and cannot eat anything larger than their head. They need to be removed from their food after about 15 minutes because crickets can deliver a nasty bite to their delicate skin, so feed them in a different container than you keep them in. Please be aware that they need lots of moisture in their environment to survive as well.
