Deep Forest works with a premium diamond varathane to close the wood after a colour stain has been applied (satin, semi-gloss or high-gloss). Also, for the outdoor projects, we use a natural deck oil by Napier products which is water clean up and environmentally friendly all the while keeping the piece protected from the direct sunlight and rain.

Powder coating is available in a number of different finishes. The finishes range from a gloss to a metallic finish. Different textures are also available, including smooth surface, wrinkled or matte finish, as well as a rough finish. Not all colors are available in different finishes.
