Domestic students may apply for admission with institutional aid consideration, such as Fellowships, Teaching and Research Assistantships. There is no separate application for institutional aid, just answer the relevant questions on the application for admission. This type of aid is awarded by the department to which you apply based on merit and amount of funding available. All applicants who apply will be considered for this aid. You will be notified directly by the department along with or shortly after your admission decision if you are awarded any aid. In addition, domestic students may be eligible for financial aid from the U.S. Department of Education. Please complete a FAFSA form to find out if you qualify, besides grants they offer loans with low interest and more. There may also be sources of funding available from philanthropic organizations, individuals, companies or others interested in awarding engineering students.
