What types of files can Jaguar read and write?
The Babel file conversion program (v1.6, copyright 1992-1996 W. Patrick Walters and Matthew T. Stahl) that is included in the distribution allows you to read and write files in a huge variety of formats. Several of the most common formats can be read and written by Maestro when importing or exporting structures. These formats are listed below: • BioGraf • GAMESS output • Gaussian input • Gaussian 92 output • Gaussian 94 output • Mopac Cartesian • Mopac internal • Mopac output • Sybyl mol • Spartan • Spartan molecular mechanics • Spartan semiempirical • XYZ The remaining formats can be converted using the jaguar babel command.
